My name is Steve Jahnke and I’m an Advisor Consultant with New York Life Investments. I live in Maple Grove, MN with my wife, Kristin, and three children, Max, Luke, and Lila. We love to travel and get involved in a variety of sports. You can often find us spending our time away from work watching one of our children compete in basketball, football, or lacrosse. Playing sports and having some level of competition is also still important to my wife and me, although we choose more “low impact” games like golf or pickleball. Enjoying the wonderful outdoor activities that life in this area provides is also a passion of ours.
My oldest son was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes 12 years ago, and since then, our family has been advocates for finding a cure. We are highly involved with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and participate in walks, bike rides and other support activities through this charitable organization.
I bring over 25 years of experience in the asset management world. I take great pride in seeing my advisor clients grow their businesses, while offering solutions and ideas to assist them in becoming the lead consultant in their clients’ lives.
