Alain Karaoglan is Senior Vice President and head of the company’s Strategic Businesses, which include New York Life Group Benefit Solutions, Group Membership Association Division, Institutional Annuities, Institutional Life, New York Life Direct, New York Life Investment Management, and Seguros Monterrey New York Life. Mr. Karaoglan joined New York Life in 2019 and was appointed to the Executive Management Committee in March 2020.
Prior to joining New York Life, he served as Chief Operating Officer for Voya Financial from 2012 to 2018, where he was a member of Voya’s Executive Committee and oversaw all of Voya’s businesses, including Annuities, Employee Benefits, Individual Life, Investment Management, and Retirement. Kirk is the Chief Operating Officer of New York Life Investment Management (NYLIM), and President of the MainStay Funds and IndexIQ ETFs. Kirk is responsible for co-managing NYLIM’s U.S. retail businesses and overseeing day-to-day operations for product, marketing, fund administration and accounting, and technology. Jae Yoon is the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of New York Life Investment Management (NYLIM) and Chairman of NYL Investments Asia. Colleen is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Private Capital Investors. She leads a team of investment professionals that manages a portfolio of private placement investments for New York Life.
Colleen joined the firm in 2009. Paul is the Executive Chairman, Chief Investment Officer and Head of Equities at Ausbil Investment Management.
