Matt Mosca is the Global Head of Institutional Distribution for New York Life Investment Management (NYLIM), where he oversees institutional distribution across global markets.

Matt brings more than 30 years of global asset management experience across public, private, and alternative asset classes. Before joining New York Life Investments, he served as Senior Managing Director and Global Head of Client Business and Product Strategy at MetLife Investment Management.

Prior to MetLife, Matt spent over twenty-five years at BlackRock, holding several senior leadership roles across the U.S. and internationally. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his ability to lead large, complex distribution organizations, integrate global businesses through transformation and M&A, and align product innovation with evolving client needs.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Columbia University, and maintains FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 24 licenses.
