Ms. Todorov is Managing Director, Regional Head of Western Commercial Mortgage Production and oversees the Western regional field office.

Ms. Todorov joined the firm in 2024 and brings more than 20 years of real estate experience, most recently serving as Executive Director at PGIM Real Estate where she was responsible for originating a broad range of mortgage products throughout the Pacific Northwest and California. She previously held roles at Wells Fargo and Redwood Trust and has a BA in Economics from UC Davis and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
