Joseph is Managing Director, Head of Asset Management for Real Estate Investors. Joseph brings more than two decades of experience in real estate investment and commercial asset management, with a strong leadership background across diverse portfolios and market strategies.

Joseph previously worked at CBRE Investment Management, where he served as Head of Americas Commercial Asset Management. During his tenure, he led the commercial asset management team, managed key technologies and programs, and directly oversaw assets for both commingled funds and separate accounts.

Earlier in his career, Joseph held the role of Investment Manager at AIG Global Real Estate, focusing on value-add and opportunistic residential investments, as well as stints at Goldman Sachs and Andersen Consulting.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from New York University. He is also an active member of the Cornell Real Estate Council and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
