Madeleine is Head of UK & EMEA Distribution at New York Life Investments responsible for relationship management and business development in the region.  Following nine years as Head of UK and EMEA Distribution at MacKay Shields, in a newly expanded business development leadership role she partners with leadership across the New York Life family of specialized boutiques to accelerate growth in the UK and EMEA.  Madeleine and her Team represent boutiques such as Apogem Capital, Ausbil, MacKay Shields and NYL Investors with capabilities that span private and public markets.  Prior to her roles at New York Life Investments and MacKay Shields, she worked in Distribution at Babson Capital Management and as Derivative Solutions Sales at BNP Paribas, both for the German-speaking region. Madeleine holds a B.A. in International Business from Passau University and has graduated from EM Lyon Business School and LMU München with an MSc in Management and Finance.
