Loyd is a Managing Director and Head of the San Francisco Office responsible for investment origination and portfolio management for Private Capital Investors.
Loyd previously originated, executed, and managed mezzanine debt investments for Oaktree Capital Management and private placement transactions for the private placement arm of Prudential Financial. He has over 20 years of investment experience.
Loyd earned a B.S.B. from Wake Forest University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
