Leda Zukowski is a Director of Practice Management in the Advisor Advancement Institute at New York Life Investments. Prior to joining New York Life Investments, Leda spent over 10 years at Morgan Stanley as a strategy and training director and regional training officer in the Northeast Region. In her 20+ years of experience training Financial Advisors, she has worked with and coached hundreds of advisors to help them create deeper relationships with clients, improve their performance through goal setting, as well as to understand their “whys” and purpose in this business. She’s also coached advisors to build high-functioning teams and leverage consultative selling when working with clients. She is especially passionate about working with women advisors, helping them to realize and leverage their innate skills in relationship building and understanding their clients’ needs.
Prior to working at Morgan Stanley, Leda spent over 10 years at UBS as an Advisor Engagement Specialist. During that time, she spent three years in Singapore as an international expatriate where she helped to set up their Wealth Management Campus, working with local advisors from Singapore and Hong Kong on their practice management skills. Before Leda entered the Financial Services Industry, she was a Brand and Marketing Manager at a little French company called Cartier.
