Michael Corker

Senior Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer

Michael came to MacKay Shields in 1998 following an 11 year career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was most recently a Senior Manager. Michael is a CPA and his experience includes providing accounting, auditing, regulatory and business advisory services to clients in various industries including: investment management, regulated investment companies, unit investment trusts, health maintenance organizations, life and health insurance and banking. He began his career in 1986. Michael received a BBA in Accounting from Pace University.
